Reporting Defective or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Report the issue by emailing ione58143@gmail.com or calling +91 70122 8802.
  • Please include your order number, photos of the defective or wrong product, and a brief description of the issue.

Resolution Process

  • After verifying the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the defective or wrong item.
  • We will cover the return shipping charges for defective or wrong products.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will either:
    • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
    • Process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for defective or wrong products are processed within 7-30 days after receiving the returned item.
  • The refunded amount will be credited via the original payment method.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Refunds or replacements will not be processed for products reported after 3 days of delivery.
